These Terms apply to all Beauty Insiders Academy courses, workshops, coaching programs, online education, certification programs, and training events.

Enrolment

Course places are only secured once payment or deposit requirements have been met.

Beauty Insiders reserves the right to refuse enrolment where appropriate.

Course Fees

All course fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Unless otherwise stated:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Course balances must be paid before training commencement.

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of enrolment.

• ​

Student Cancellations

More than 30 days notice:

• Course fees may be transferred to a future course date.

Less than 30 days notice:

• Deposits may be forfeited.

Less than 14 days notice:

• Up to 100% of course fees may be forfeited.

Transfers are subject to availability and approval.

Course Rescheduling by Beauty Insiders

Beauty Insiders reserves the right to:

• Change course dates

• Change course locations

• Substitute educators

• Modify course content

• Cancel or postpone events

Where a course is cancelled by Beauty Insiders, students will be offered:

• Transfer to another course

• Store credit

• Refund where required by law

​

Certification

Certificates are issued only where all course requirements have been successfully completed.

Beauty Insiders reserves the right to withhold certification where competency standards have not been met.

Completion of a course does not guarantee:

• Employment

• Business success

• Licensing approvals

• Income generation

• Client acquisition

Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.

Beauty Insiders may remove any participant who:

• Behaves aggressively

• Harasses staff or students

• Disrupts training

• Compromises health or safety

• Engages in unlawful conduct

No refund will be provided where removal results from misconduct.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, manuals, videos, systems, frameworks, templates, presentations, trademarks, and educational resources remain the intellectual property of Beauty Insiders International Pty Ltd.

Students may not:

• Copy

• Reproduce

• Record

• Share

• Sell

• Republish

• Teach

any part of the course without prior written permission.

Photography & Marketing

Beauty Insiders may photograph or record training events for educational and promotional purposes.

Students who do not wish to appear in promotional materials must notify us in writing before the course commences.

Models

Where students are required to provide models, responsibility for arranging suitable models remains with the student unless otherwise specified.

Beauty Insiders is not responsible for costs incurred relating to model arrangements, travel, accommodation, or other associated expenses.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty Insiders shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, business interruption, loss of income, loss of profits, or consequential loss arising from participation in Academy training programs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
