Appointments
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. Where a shortened appointment still proceeds, the full treatment fee may apply.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment and applicable cancellation fees may apply.

Beauty Insiders reserves the right to refuse service where a client arrives excessively late or where completing the treatment would compromise quality, safety, or other scheduled appointments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled through your online booking account where available.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us via email, phone, SMS, or our booking platform.

Notice Requirements

• More than 72 hours notice: No fee applies.

• Less than 72 hours notice: Booking fee or deposit may be forfeited.

• Less than 24 hours notice: Up to 70% of the scheduled service value may be charged.

• Failure to attend (No Show): Up to 100% of the scheduled service value may be charged.
   

Beauty Insiders reserves the right to require prepayment for future appointments following repeated late cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments.

Deposits & Booking Fees
Certain services, treatments, courses, consultations, and training programs may require a deposit or booking fee.
Deposits secure your booking and appointment time.
Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferred to another appointment where sufficient notice is provided in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Where permitted by law, booking fees may be retained to compensate for reserved appointment time and administrative costs.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Products
Beauty Insiders complies with the Australian Consumer Law.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases.
Unused, unopened products in their original condition may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion within 14 days of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened adhesives, lash trays, tweezers, liquids, disposables, aftercare products, and professional-use products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Products that are faulty, unsafe, significantly different from their description, or fail to meet consumer guarantees may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Treatments & Services
Client satisfaction is important to us.
If you have concerns regarding your treatment outcome, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess the matter and determine an appropriate solution.
Where appropriate, we may offer an adjustment appointment or corrective service.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction based on personal preference, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Treatment results may vary due to individual factors including skin type, natural lash condition, allergies, lifestyle, environmental factors, and aftercare compliance.
Health, Safety & Contraindications
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, eye conditions, infections, recent procedures, pregnancy status, or other contraindications before treatment.
Beauty Insiders reserves the right to refuse, postpone, modify, or discontinue any treatment where we believe proceeding may pose a health or safety risk.
Failure to disclose relevant information may impact treatment suitability, outcomes, and eligibility for adjustments or remedies.

Training Courses & Academy Bookings
Beauty Insiders Academy provides professional training, workshops, coaching programs, online education, and certification courses.
Course deposits and tuition payments are subject to the specific terms provided at enrolment.
Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, business success, client acquisition, financial outcomes, competition success, or regulatory licensing.
Beauty Insiders reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, relocate, substitute trainers, modify course content, or cancel training events where necessary.
Where a course is cancelled by Beauty Insiders, participants will be offered a transfer, credit, or refund as required by law.
All training materials, manuals, videos, systems, frameworks, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Beauty Insiders International Pty Ltd.

Product & Professional Use Disclaimer
Professional lash products supplied by Beauty Insiders are intended for use by trained beauty professionals unless otherwise stated.
Beauty Insiders is not responsible for misuse, incorrect application, improper storage, environmental conditions, user error, failure to follow instructions, or use by unqualified individuals.
Product performance may vary depending on humidity, temperature, storage conditions, application techniques, client factors, and other circumstances beyond our control.
 

Gift Cards & Gift Vouchers

Beauty Insiders Gift Cards may be redeemed for eligible treatments, training courses, and products unless otherwise stated.

• Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

• Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Gift Cards must be presented at the time of redemption.

• Gift Cards may not be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

• Any unused balance remains available until the expiry date.

• Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards is the responsibility of the holder.
