GIFT VOUCHERS 

Our Gift Cards are available for all treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Beauty Insiders cannot accept liability for lost gift cards. Our expert team will be happy to assist you if you need an advice. 

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment. Arriving more than 15min late may require rescheduling your appointment to ensure quality of work and fairness to other clients. Delay time will result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price. 

CANCELLATIONS

You can  reschedule your appointment via online booking system user account. To cancel your appointment message us via  email or text. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, provide us at least 72 hours notice. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 hours notice incur a loose of deposit/booking fee. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a late cancellation fee of 70% of the full service cost. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Products: products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Beauty Insiders. W will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Treatments: Your satisfaction is our priority, If you have any concerns about outcome of  our services and treatment, please contact us within 48 hours. We are more than happy to make necessary adjustments.

We reserve the right to request a deposit to secure and appointment.
