Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund:

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds on:

Opened or used beauty products (due to hygiene regulations)

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Digital downloads, PDFs, or online mentoring materials

Gift cards
3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

Provide a photo of the product and packaging

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including shipping)
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

We do not refund original shipping costs, unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

6. Services & Mentoring Sessions
All in-person treatments and mentoring sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll work with you to find a fair solution (e.g., correction or credit).
Missed or late-cancelled appointments are subject to our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
7. How to Request a Return or Refund
