Every volume extension is placed with a minimal amount of glue on one perfectly isolated natural lash. This is our secret to long lasting, healthy eyelash extension sets! The original and unique wispy effect inspired by Kim Kardashian is created using 5-8D Volume lashes at the base of the lash line combined with spike lashes meticulously placed in a sun rays configuration. This extraordinary shape will not pass unrecognised. In Volume/ Hybrid techniques we are using hand made, thinner and softer lash extensions to create a full glamorous look without under-loading your natural lashes. Styling and length of extensions is tailored to your eye shape and natural lash condition. Styling is recommended by the expertise of our artist during the treatment or on a patch test and consultation appointment. *To maintain the look and keep your lashes healthy, we recommend getting your lashes infilled every 3 weeks or book removal treatment. * Infill service can be performed up to 4 weeks of initial treatment. * After 3rd infill sessions NEW Full Set is required to keep our lashes healthy and beautiful. *To book your infill appointment contact Beauty Insiders directly. Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best outcome and maintain the highest standards of service for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to our policy. 1. Appointment Booking: Please book your appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. If you're new to lash extensions and would like to do a Patch Test & Consultation before, tick the box in consent form below that you wish to be contacted by us to arrange an app. 2. Pre-Appointment Preparation: Arrive with squeaky clean, makeup-free lashes to maximise longevity of your new set. Avoid using waterproof or oil-based makeup products 48h prior your appointment. If there’s any residue, we might need to either reschedule your appointment or charge make-up cleaning fee. We provide complimentary lash bath step to our treatments, but this is to prep and remove natural sebum and air pollution accumulated during the day. 3. Late Arrivals: We understand that sometimes delays can occur. If you expect to be late, please inform us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling your appointment to ensure the quality of work and fairness to other clients. Delay time will be deducted from the appointment time. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 hours’ notice incur a loose of deposit/ booking fee. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a late cancellation fee of 70% of the service cost. 5. Post-Treatment Care: We will provide you with aftercare instructions to ensure the longevity and health of your eyelash extensions. Proper care is crucial, so please follow the guidelines diligently. In our studio you will be able to purchase all products you need. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns about your new set of lashes, please contact us within 48 hours. We are more than happy to make necessary adjustments. 7. Health and Safety: Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities you may have during your pre-treatment consultation.
