Cancellation Policy

Beauty Insiders – Client Booking & Treatment Policy To maintain the highest standards of service, hygiene, safety, and professionalism, all clients are required to review and comply with the following policy before attending their appointment. Appointment Bookings Appointments can be made online, by phone, social media, or in person. Some services, including infills and corrective work, may only be available to existing clients or clients who meet treatment eligibility requirements. Consultations and patch tests may be recommended for selected treatments. Pre-Appointment Preparation Clients must arrive with clean lashes and/or brows, free from makeup, oils, and residue. Avoid waterproof makeup and oil-based products for at least 48 hours before your appointment. Excessive residue may affect treatment results and additional cleaning fees, treatment modifications, or rescheduling may apply. Late Arrivals Please notify us if you are running late. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may require shortening, modification, or rescheduling of the appointment. Reduced treatment time may affect final results. Fees or loss of deposit may apply. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. * Cancellations within 72 hours may result in loss of deposit * Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 70% of the service value * No-shows may be charged and may affect future bookings Any fees charged will remain compliant with Australian Consumer Law. Aftercare & Results Aftercare instructions must be followed to maintain treatment longevity and results. Outcomes vary based on natural lash condition, aftercare, lifestyle, and individual response. Concerns must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment. Adjustments may be offered at our discretion where aftercare has been followed. Health & Safety Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or contraindications before treatment. Patch testing is recommended but does not guarantee prevention of allergic reactions. If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, seek medical advice immediately. Photography & Media With consent, photos or videos may be taken for client records, education, marketing, and social media purposes. No identifying personal information will be shared without permission. By booking or attending an appointment with Beauty Insiders, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
