As a qualified Reiki Level 2 practitioner, I channel healing energy to promote deep relaxation, alleviate stress, and enhance emotional well-being. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, creating a peaceful space for you to reconnect with your inner self and experience the gentle power of Reiki. Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best outcome and maintain the highest standards of service for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to our Policy. 1. Appointment Booking: Please book your appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. You can book through our website, over the phone, or in person. If you're new to our treatments and would like to do a Patch Test & Consultation before, tick the box in consent form below that you wish to be contacted by us to arrange consultation appointment. 2. Pre-Appointment Preparation: Arrive with squeaky clean, makeup-free eyebrows/eyelashes to maximise longevity of the treatment and achieve great results. Avoid using waterproof or oil-based makeup 48h prior your appointment. 3. Late Arrivals: We understand that sometimes delays can occur. If you expect to be late, please inform us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling your appointment to ensure the quality of work and fairness to other clients. Delay time will be deducted from the appointment time. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 hours’ notice incur a loose of deposit/ booking fee. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a late cancellation fee of 70% of the service cost. 5. Post-Treatment Care: We will provide you with aftercare instructions to ensure the longevity and health of your brows/lashes. Proper care is crucial, so please follow the guidelines diligently. In our studio you will be able to purchase all products you need. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns about outcome of procedure, please contact us within 48 hours. We are more than happy to make necessary adjustments. 7. Health and Safety: Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities you may have during your pre-treatment consultation.
